Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges:
Requests for returns must be made within 8 days of the item's arrival.
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be received in perfect condition before a refund is issued. It must also be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.
The refund will be the purchase price minus store or PayPal fees.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at sales@snuggyroo.com.au, and we will get in touch with you promptly.
Shipping:
To initiate a return or exchange, send us an email at sales@snuggyroo.com.au, and we will provide you with shipping details.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location and time to create a new item.
