At moment, just within Australia.
How do I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All orders will have a tracking number from Aust Post.
How long does shipping take?

Do you take custom orders?
At moment, I am not accepting custom orders.
Do you offer any pay later options?
Yes, we offer AFTERPAY and PayPal, which is available at checkout.
Can I wash a Snug Doll?
Hand wash it gently with mild detergent. Always avoid harsh chemicals and never put the doll in a tumble dryer.
For drying, gently squeeze out excess water, reshape the doll, and let it air dry flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight or heat.
Outfit can be hand washed, except for the shoes, do not wash it because they are made from felt.
